In November 2024, Nick embarked on assignment for YETI, following a group of hunters across Kodiak Island, Alaska, to document new products and ambassadors navigating one of the world's most unforgiving climates. After a float plane dropped them into the wilderness, the crew spent the week traversing mountains and river valleys in pursuit of mountain goats, blacktail deer, and memories forged in the bitter cold.
Growing up in the mountains of Colorado, Nick was drawn to the raw beauty of the outdoors. So maybe it comes as no surprise that his career has led him to capture people who work in rivers, fields, mountains, and oceans. Based in Steamboat Springs with his wife Maddie and dog Tuco, Nick has collaborated with brands like YETI, Patagonia, Polaris, Budweiser, and Outside Magazine, delivering imagery that’s clean, bold, and honest, with a focus on telling real stories in striking ways. While his subjects are always unique, his goal to capture moments that feel authentic and immersive remains unchanged.
